I don't receive any rent yet after installation of indus tower from last 5 months

the owner of land has somehow managed to register part of panchayat road while doing land registeration .and now a tower is getting erected encroaching the panchayat road. we residence of the area lodged complaint using cm cell petition and tahsildar took action by surveying the land and confirmed the encroachment .and issued orders for eviction and also communicated through phone to the engineers named karthick, sathish and vasu . inspite of that they started work in late nights. And it seems they are keeping the company in dark about all the orders issued and public objections at the insistance of owner of the land. so we request appropriate action and removal of tower from encroached road.

I am Shibu Ram Das permanent resident of Chhinamore, singur, Hooghly. I am bound to inform you that one of your towers bearing number IN-1278252 is located on land next to my house whose land is owned by Swapan Kumar Das who is my younger brother.
I would like to inform you that when your tower was constructed there was not enough road to access the land of this tower due to which my brother Swapan Kumar Das entered into a contractual agreement with me to provide a road over my land.The agreement expired a few years ago due to which I blocked the access to the tower over my land but currently the electric supply wire used for your tower is still routed over my house.
For many years I have verbally requested Swapan Kumar Das to relocate the electric cable passing over my house but still the cable has not been removed on various pretexts so I am bound to report the whole matter to my local Gram Panchayat and also inform you.

It is my humble request to you to arrange removal of the used electric cable of your tower as soon as possible with the cooperation of Swapan Kumar Das, Landowner of your tower.

I am Sadruddin ramzan khan Joint owner of Al kasar ramzan building where indus tower is located ! I would like to bring on note that Indus tower has occupied full space of Terrace as attach in photos ! Also they have put lots of load on Water tank which damaged in every 6-8 months !

Mobil Tower in Residential Area within 2m of adjacent houses Radiation from the Mobile Tower, we want to remove the tower...which are seriously hazardous for the residential area...i am afraid if you can help us removing these towers from the residential area immediately for the safety of the area and the people living nearby...!!!

When I complaint all this In Indus Tower branch they didn't give reply to this..

Then sent them 3 legal notices still they made agreement illegally !

Illegal and forgery works are done in Indus tower Andheri east branch!

Terrace is fully occupied by Mobile tower as there is no place to roam freely ! Building is full loaded with it ! Because of that there are cracks in my flat ! As I feel dangerous that building could collapse anytime because of this tower !

It's can also bring several deseases like

Headaches
Mental disorders

Hearing loss
Brain swelling

Please help us and remove this tower from terrace !

My name is sadruddin ramzan khan Joint owner of Property name ( Al kasar ramzan building ) where ur tower is situated from last 16 years ! In which there was my name on Agreement from 2007 to 2017 ! In 2017 when agreement got expired my Elder brother who is also owner of property submitted Fake NOC to Indus tower to remove my name from agreement ! Without Cross check Indus Accepted that NOC ! And later they removed my name which is illegal ! I have 3 legal notices to Indus tower to remove their tower from my property ! From 30 aug 2022 to 12 aug 2023 there was no agreement done ! But after sending Legal notices They made agreement one sided ! Do Indus Tower employees works on bribes in Andheri east ! They have made agreement with their heir ! Soo kindly request you to take action Against Punit shukla who is legal head of Andheri east branch ! I taught they will follow everything legally but without my knowledge they made agreement ! What was the use of my legal notices ! After meeting me they said they clear the land with one month will remove tower but they dint do such thing they all worked illegally ! My terrace is fully occupied by mobile tower ! Some of the roofs are out of boundary line I fear it can fall anytime ! Please help

Indus towers has installed a tower without the consent of the flat owners at Shree Ram Heights, Renuka Park, Ubale Nagar, Wagholi, Pune 412207. One of the flat owners informed the executive that he owns the building and asked them to install the tower. The other flat owners have not approved the tower and would want Indus towers to remove it as soon as possible.

Sir/Ma'am, I'm writing this complaint against technician and his staff. They are making false allegations against us and they're using inappropriate language too. They are misusing their powers, they don't do their job on their site. They say they're acting as per the directions given by the staff of Aligarh. They are absent on site but visit only for like half an hour. He comes with his staff but the problem is they don't have their id cards...

I recently applied to lease land through their website and it was stated that no registration fees would be charged to applicants. However, when I called the customer service number, I was informed that an agreement fee would be charged.

I am appalled at this and feel that this is a breach of trust. I would appreciate if you could investigate this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure that all future applicants of the company are not misled in this way.

I have know that M/s INDUS TOWERS PVT LIMITED IN MY PROPERTY bearing plot no.23 in Sy.No. 38, 39, &44 Kuntloor village Abdullapurmet Mandal Ranga Reddy District Telengana State without the owner permission...

Mauje Bhadgaon to Bhadgaon Dist. Shree shashikant bhaskar tahashildar, a technical employee from Jalgaon, takes a lot of money from the people of the village and village to install the tower. And some employees of your company are also involved in this. And interestingly shree shashikant bhaskar tahashildar has taken a plot in the name of his close friend and relative and put a tower there. And every year it is buying land worth 2 to 3 crores. And another one is the tower where the generator machine is installed and diesel is required to run the generator, the diesel also has its commission and shree shashikant bhaskar tahashildar sells that diesel out and eats its commission and one thing is that the scrap of the tower is also sold by shree shashikant bhaskar tahashildar. The company is doing huge loss by pocketing money. However, we request you to take notice of this matter

Hi my name is Mohammad Yunus, I have leased my premise to Indus Tower w.e.f. nov 2022 at 157 aditya nagar dongargao mhow, mp (453441). as per the agreement indus tower need to pay 6500rs rent per month but since installment date in november to june i recieved only one installment of 6500rs in june.
I am not getting a proper response from the indus tower staff
Now, I really regret my decision to lease out my premise to Indus Tower.
Hope, Indus Tower authorities will notice this grievance and make arrangement to pay me the rent of previous 7 months.
i have no other option to put grievance on this website.

It is with great agony that i wish to bring your kind notice the callousness shown by your franchise /contractor. I am resident of Khandamara village, Rajnagar, Kendrapara . I want to know, without a valid NOC from Sarapanch/ Rajnagar Tahasil, how did you plan to install the mobile network near my plot. Which will affect radiation and many more issues of my family/Villagers. Also, the plot is in resimile and a part of my property, which you are doing the tower. So, Please inquiry the above matter and do the needful at earliest. If you are unable to inquiry the following subject, I'll be go to court of law.
