Indus Towers — Electricity Bill not Paid

At my residence due to public issue Indus towers were unable to install the Tower, however electricity was installed and they have not paid the bill till now, I have sent them multiple emails, but no positive response. I am attaching the bill. Please help.

I have sent an email, please check and respond, it has been very long time I am chasing this issue. You guys have not yet paid Electricity Bill which is just around 7000, so bad of it. This is my worst experience ever.
