Indus Towers — Electricity Bill not Paid - issue not resolved

At my residence due to public issue Indus towers were unable to install the Tower, however electricity was installed and they have not paid the bill till now, I have sent them multiple emails, but no positive response. I am attaching the bill. Please help...
