Indus Towers — Getting less rent

This is regarding complaint number 860349. I contacted customer care on 12th Nov to show my concern about getting less rent than it should be and I was assured that I will be contacted within 1-2 business days however no one has contacted me yet. This is to inform you that I am getting less rent than what was agreed. Please look into the matter and resolve this on priority.
