Indus Towers — no reply from the company after submitting the landlord form

Hi, i am a permanent resident of rampurhat, west bengal. I tried reaching indus towers for installation of tower on my lands. But every time i call they be like "please fill up the landlord form on the site and register your land". I did that too. But it has been like seven or eight months. So i did the same again and called them. They just seem to not willing to attend the call or listen to such issues. While the representatives are given sal;ary for the purpose to help clearing doubts and attending calls.in this regard i'd like the attention of concerned authorities to consider the matter strictly and deal with the employees who are indifferent and unwilling to talk with landlords. They usually hung up my call and never able to connect again. Also they won't say if my land is eligible for tower installation or not.in a nutshell the process is very shady as many corrupt officers might be involved who hinder the process by demanding ransome money giving cause as "tower installation expense":.
