Indus Towers — Non Payment of Increased Rent as Per Contract Clause ID 1079008

There was an increase of 10% due from Aug 2021 but as per Company it will be paid from Oct 2024. Page 3 of 11 with clause 3.1 regarding increase of 10% rent every three years starting from last increase is enclosed for reference.
I have been approaching the company for past over 4 months to resolve the issue and they have now replied that OC was done during Oct 2021 and hence increase will be given from Oct 2024 and not after three years from the last increase which was done during Aug 2018. As per my interpretation of the clause 3.1 it is due after 3 years starting from the last increase during Aug 2018.
I feel that Company should see the contract once again with fairness to the land owners and release my increase of 10% at the earliest.
