Dear sir,
Indus tower limited have installed a telecommunication tower in my property in the above mentioned address, for which lease agreement of 10 yrs has completed on 28/12/2016. We are continuously following up with bangalore indus tower cluster manager and executives (Putte gowda, paramesh) requesting their consideration to remove the installed tower from our premises. But, there is no actions taken till now from the obligatory department to dismantle the tower from my property and on top of that they have not yet paid the rent from last four months (Oct/nov/dec & jan 2019).
It has been almost a year, since i am running behind this and no action has been taken to dismantle the tower from my property. I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful to dismantle the telecommunication tower from my property as soon as possible, since we have to construct one more floor and also our tenants, neighbors complaining as it is causing lot of distress.
