Indus Towers — rent agreement transfer

I am having office no 508, sudarshan tower, limda chowk, rajkot, in which indus is on rent. Tranfer of rent agreement pending since 6/8 months. Given all documents two times, which are intentionally lost twice.
Complete the formalities immediatialy.
