Our Service Request No.INCN[protected] Request Letter Indus Sight ID : IN-1076686 Shri Radhakrishna Apartment Dear Sir, After waiting for more than 2 months and with numerous reminders, we are not getting any proper reply from your side. Now we our society (Shri Radhakrishna Apartment) demanding following documents:1) Registered Agreement Deed2) NOC from DoT3) Structural Safety Certificate4) Data Sheet with All Necessary Information5) NOC from Society6) Permission letter from SMC Authority all these documents should be provided through courier/registered post within a particular time limit. and moreover, we also demand that the rent of the tower which Indus Tower Limited is paying us should be reviewed against by a committee according to the current market rent. We also demand that the difference in rent should also be added with retrospective effect from the last 5 years. We want that whatever these problems are, they should be solved as soon as possible, otherwise it should not force us to take further legal action. All next communication should be done in writing and within a time limit. because we already waste our 4-5 years with our verbal communication regarding rent increment issues. If you want to remove your tower then we are ready for the same, but whatever difference amount of rent decided by committee should be clear before removing the tower setup.
