Indus Towers — site rent reduced without getting my consent

With reference to the above subject, an indus tower installed at my site in keelathattaparai village at tuticorin district bearing tower no 1082595 in site no 10tn1082595. The rent for the above site is rupees 3000/- as per agreement, but you have credited rs.2000/- only as site rent from january -2019 onwards without getting my consent and contacted your office several times but there was no proper reply. I am awaiting for necessary actions at the earliest in this regards.
