Indus Towers — Tower Rent not received

Hi,
My name is Deepti mishra and I just wanted to know why I did not get my payment(Indus tower rent) now yet.Every year I was getting my payment on time but this year it became late.Last year I got this payment on 23 July 2022.The payment is approx 13lack5 thousand rupees.
Please let me know why this payment is late and also let me know if you have any further question.
