I had booked a rent a car service under ID CACT36490 on 17th June 2022 and paid INR. 22356 (Fee of INR. 17356+Security INR. 5000). However, later on 21st June 2022, decided to cancel the boking and informed the customer service (through an ISD call) about it. They said they will deduct 25% of the total Fee (i.e. INR 4339), which I asked them to reconsider since there were more than 2 weeks for them to find another customer. They promised me to to come back after checking with the management but never bothered to get back to me, even after a follow-up call. Eventually I cancelled the booking online on 1st of July 2022 (i.e. more than 48 hours of the actual service start date). Nonetheless, even after 9 days of my cancellation, I haven't received the refund amount, of INR. 22356, despite follow-ups through WhatsApp chats at [protected] Was this information helpful? |
