Welcome kit was returned due to insufficient address and not due to incorrect address and they debit freeze my account.
Branch is 25km away from my home and i have undergone surgery cannot go for more 2 months. Still they are forcing to visit branch for the mistake made by them.
Mail has not been replied by them from last 1 week
