Indusind Bank — Account freeze due to bank mistake

Welcome kit was returned due to insufficient address and not due to incorrect address and they debit freeze my account.
Branch is 25km away from my home and i have undergone surgery cannot go for more 2 months. Still they are forcing to visit branch for the mistake made by them.
Mail has not been replied by them from last 1 week
Even the debit card fee is debited 2 months ago. Worst service
