My indus delite account has a severe server lag where IMPS/UPI alerts are heavily delayed or completely missing. On 13-Jul-26, an IMPS transfer (Ref:[protected] left my other account at 6:47 PM. I requested foreclosure of my IndusInd Bank personal loan on 11 June 2026. Customer care instructed me to send my foreclosure request by email and later requested my latest one-month bank statement to verify that the payment would be made from my own funds.

I immediately submitted the requested bank statement. When informed that the PDF was password protected, I removed the password and resent it on 20 June 2026.

I have sav & deposit a/c's with indusind bank. some shocking instances of its misdemeanours are as under:
1. i booked a fd online. but on the receipt the interest rate was less than what i had checked on the website. on complaining the bank produced another altered rate list.
2. a deposit maturity amount was not credited on due date. on complaining it was credited 8 days late, but it was deficient. on complaining it has not...

I have spent 2 months trying to trace a payment from a UK bank to an IndusInd customer using SWIFT.
* They won't deal with me as I'm not a customer.
* They haven't responded to my UK Bank's enquiries after 2 weeks.
I have provided ALL the relevant details as well as the UETR. Nothing.
I want my money back and compensation for all the hours I have spent trying to achieve this....

I received a call from customer care informing me that a card upgrade was necessary, and an amount of ₹10, 000 plus ₹1, 800 GST (total ₹11, 800) was deducted from my account on September 2nd, 2025.
