Indusind Bank — account still activated without any intimation | |
Dear sir I very much regret to say that i had requested for closing my account approx 2 years back and today i suddenly got mail that my account is negative then I knew my account is still active and they are adding charges for non maintenance or whatever. But the problem is- If i had inform to close my account why banking team didnt respond on time and suddenly sending mail about negative balance. Mail says it 500rs negative and in indusmobile app showa my ac balance is negative 13411 + I would like to inform the bank that i will never pay any amount for this fraud and if account is working why didn;t they inform earlier. This is their responsibility to inform the customer about account information. When i was using indusind bank debit card, bank deducted lots of amount without any reason and when i verified their customer shows term and conditions apply which is not fair. We are middle class familiar and we are already handling struggle to care me and my family but the indusind bank giving unexpected of such thing! I request to see this matter and close my account. If there will be no solution i will highlight my problem on social media! An agent of indusind bank account came to my home and open my account on all mis committment information and opened my account by cheque for rupees 20000/- and tld there is no conditions in this account for any maintenance and others activities.
