[Resolved] Indusind Bank — agent was very rude and unprofessional | |||
I have received a call @ 06.30 pm to make a balance payment of 615.00 informed him will make it, I have already made a payment of 9000.00. He said I don't need to make a payment and may bad words agent name was Dhananjay when asked to give the call to manage he declined saying manager has left for the day, later said they are in a meeting and gave bad words to my husband, and me. While on the call he misbehaved with me. And den later disconnected the call when has my husband on call. Was this information helpful? | |||
