Indusind Bank — amount for neft with reference number indbn[protected] not been credited since last 7 days.

I was supposed to get an amount of rs.30, 000 against neft (Ref number. Indbn[protected]). But its been almost 7 days of the transaction, still the amount is not credited to my account. However, the payer is claiming the amount has already been deducted from his account.

Indusind bank customer care is not providing enough information over the issue.

Kindly look into the matter.
