Indusind Bank — Asking fees for first time issuance of Vehicle loan NOC

Address: Indusind Bank, Behind Ratnaprabha honda, Adalat road, Aurangabad

Purchased Honda unicorn in Dec 2012 (MH20CM8106) with loan from IndusInd Bank. Loan has cleared on time. I never applied for NOC hence before. Now they are telling me to pay Rs. 590 for NOC. Showing me the fees required for duplicate NOC. They are also telling me that this is old matter.
