[Resolved] Indusind Bank — ATM Transaction dispute | |||
I withdrew Rs 10000 by using IndusInd bank ATM on 9th of February but my account got debited for Rs 20000 . I called upon IndusInd bank customer care and filed the complaint 3-4 days later when I get to know about the double debit . Customer care executive gave me time of 7-10 working days for the resolution of the complaint . i called again after that and got the same response, I called a number of times again but still my complaint is not resolved . Few days back they called me up and denied it that they cant solve it only, they are helpless. Still my payment is blocked and I am clueless that how to get it back and the bank has denied returning it back. Was this information helpful? | |||
