Dear sir /mam
Mera auto insurance ka issue hai jo bank ki taraf se karwai gayee thi. Wo thik karke nahi de rahe kehte hai yahi leni hai to lo or sahi nahi milegi. Staff bhi ruddli baat karta hai. Main bas yahi chahta hu ke meri insurance thik karwa ke de de. Bt unki taraf se koi reply nahi.5 mahine ho gaye hai insurance ko abhi tak koi reply nahi plz solve my issue my no. Is [protected]

We understand that our bank official has contacted you and addressed your concern related to TP increased endorsement amount.

As per the statutory guidelines and as per IRDA circular polices risk start date after April 01, 2017 onwards, only new revised TP premium will applicable.

Hence, we regret to inform you that we are unable to reverse the revised TP premium as per your request.
