Indusind Bank — Auto upgrade the card and charge the joining fee | |||||
Indusind bank auto upgrade my current credit card and then charge me the joining fee and send me the card which I return as I never requested that. Send them multiple emails to there Grievance Redressal email (head.[protected]@indusind.com) but they said they have my consent for this. I am asking the proof to show me the same but they are just saying they have my consent and not showing me any proof. i have multiple credit cards and i have maintain everything and i know very well i was not given any consent via email/phone/online.
