My account was blocked 2 weeks ago after I received a payment of 100000, as my video KYC was not updated. I visited the nearest branch instantly and submitted required documents then and there. As I wanted to unfreeze my account and use my amount. I was told that it will done in 2 working days. They took at least 10 days to get it done, I received a message on last Saturday stating my issue has been resolved. I thought finally after so many efforts my account will be unblocked and I will be able to use that money. But no, my account is still blocked and whenever I call the bank I only get to hear “we have taken your complaint, allow us 3 working days”. No sir, none of the executives has taken my complaint seriously, they can’t unblock my account, they can’t release my amount. I have no idea what to do with this bank. It has created a very absurd image of themselves. I hope someone get back to me and understand the situation for once. Was this information helpful? |
