[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Cancellation of credit card | |||
A representative of Indusind Bank came to our office and offered a credit card saying there is no joining or annual fee, so i opted for the card and after verification i was given a credit card on 19.08.2015 with a note that PIN No. will be delivered within 5 days but till today i have not been given PIN No. I have made e-mail correspondences in this regard on 27.08.2015 & 01.09.2015 and also through there customer care no. which was most of the time busy or no person attended the call, therefore, i requested to cancel the Card and its charges through e-mail on 27.08.2015 & 01.09.2015 however, i have been receiving SMS messages for payment of dues which has now cropped upto to Rs.2393/-. Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card and the wrongly charged amount Was this information helpful? | |||

Same situation happened with me, i have not used it once and i am getting bills for Rs. 1018.04 Its unfair and please deactivate my credit card and i am not going to pay the amount, as i have not at all used this card. Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card and the wrongly charged amount.

Same situation happened with me too, Indus bank person told me during enquiry that there is no joining fee only during verification you tell ok that charges the agent was suppose to pay miss Sapna from Indus bank agent now she is disappeared and direct bank is charging me the joining fees I have also talk on toll free number taken complains but no issue problem is as it is .this Indus bank is bokas and are missguiding the customers and taking money charges of nothing on this only the bank is live .No one of my friend use this Indus card I have taken bad experience by taking this card Reversal charges complain given two times I have but after 15 days I received the massage not approved means for compliant they have list a priority but for payment they are having first priority and giving late information of payments not giving proper information of credit card ussage. I have not at all used the card and i am getting bills for Rs. 2018 Its unfair and please deactivate my credit card and i am not going to pay the amount, as i have not at all used this card. Please take this as complaint and help me in cancellation of the card and the wrongly charged amount
