Indusind Bank — Cancelling credit card and wrong membership fee charges | |||
My saving bank account number is[protected]. I got call from indusind bank and offered me free upgrade of my credit card without any charges or membership fees. I have not applied to upgrade my credit card but Indusind bank has called me and offered me a free upgrade without any membership fees or charges.My credit card number ends with 9459. Still my credit card was charged for Rs 5000 membership fees.This is fraud practice. Calling people and giving wrong information. I email on [protected]@indusind.com and Premium.[protected]@indusind.com on 01/09/2020 but got no reply from them. Refund my money and cancel my credit card. Was this information helpful? | |||
