We wish to inform you that the deal KYYXXXX1C was settled under total loss scheme by the insurance company. Please note, in a total loss case the NOC is issued to the insurance company and the claim amount is settled to the financier. Accordingly, we have received the claim amount and adjusted our dues and excess amount of Rs46000/- was already refunded to the customer account on 7.2.2020.
