Indusind Bank — Chargeback issue pending since 4 months | |||||
I did a transaction of Rs36000 to the merchant named Jukaso on 2nd Oct 2016. I asked for services but I did not receive any kind of service from the merchant. so I requested for chargeback and filled the dispute form of indusind bank in the month of November. I submitted all the documents which were asked by the bank as a proof. Bank told me this is a 90 days procedure. Now it has been more than 100 days and still this issue is under process. Somewhere in this process, I came to know from the merchant that merchant's bank has already credited the amount to indusind suspense a/c on 16th Jan 2017. Indusind bank sent an Email to me on 10th March 2017 that I was liable to pay the amount but they were still investigating and they would get back to me in some days. I tried contacting them via emails and calls but they are not responding at all. Now I seriously want to know, what they are investigating. I am just fed up of this bank and its services. They are just fooling people around. unnecessarily I am paying my emi with interest. Pathethic bank with pathetic services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
