Dear Team
Request you to please help me I want to close my personal loan a/c[protected]. I am ready to pay your 4% foreclosure charges but your bank not ready to accept my payment, I have visited in your Lucknow branches so many times daily and did video calls comlaints but no one is ready to accept my payment.

I am mentality tortured by your bank staff of Lucknow branches. And now I want to close all relationship with your bank as soon as possible due to this ridiculous act. Request you last time to please help me for closing my personal loan account.
