I thought of opening an account in your bank as I had a good impression of your bank but after the updation of aadhar card I didn't do so ; I went for the update, after observing the negligence of your employees I did not open an account. Your employees are busy with their personal affairs and other non professional activities and most importantly they do the work wrong. I had to pay for aadhar thrice as the lady incharge there did not do it correctly (I did remind her 2 times). They do not accept the forms first of all (whenever you go) and after all the waiting and other delays they do the work wrong. This is highly not preferable.
Hope you look into this matter, so that at least others can have a better image of your bank.
