I have a savings bank a/c in your bank in ashok vihar branch since december 2014. I am totally faded by the officials and banking services provided by this branch as whenever i used to visit branch i have to wait for a long span of time as officials are busy in gossips and planning coffee visit in working hours instead of doing work assigned to them. At most of the times i found machinery breakdown in the branch due to which i have to comeback. Officials doesn't value customer's time as of today when i visited branch for activation of my a/c one of the official said that wait for 5min, ok i replied but it has been a half an hour and i used to ask another official and am amazed to see that i have to wait again as the one i reached first has to do my work but she is not free as she is gossiping and planning coffee treat with other officials there. Finally i got an application form and filled the same and said its done where to submit and thrn she said take it to my table and it will be done within a week.
I want a solution to this as soon as possible otherwise i am going to discontinue banking with this bank ever and ever. Worst experience till this in my life. They don't have time value.
