[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit Card Application :180950 | |||
Hello, One month back I got a phone call from indusind bank for taking a credit card. The lady was so nicely explained me about the features of aura credit card. I was already using 2 credit cards(other bank), and I never wanted the 3rd one, but the lady forced me to take 3rd and I agreed just for the sake of meeting her target. After couple of days a person Mr. Satish (mob:[protected]) came to collect the documents. In these 2days, all the credit card team was following up with me for giving the documents and they were so nice all the time. After I gave the documents, after 2/3 phone call verification, I did not get any intimation of my application. I was trying to contact each n every official, but everybody was saying 'me check krta hu', and the sad part was they never turned up and didn't even bother to update me. I am so upset about the way indusind bank is handling the customers. I genuinly feel the bank is only sales target oriented and not the customer service. Till today I had no clue about my application. Please update me on the same else I have other options to escalate the matter above. Lost the faith in indusind bank. I will write it everywhere online.
