Indusind Bank — credit card blocked

My Name is Mohammad Saif.

My Credit Card No:
5244xxxxxxx3007

Has been blocked without any specific reason.
I also called [protected] but didn't get any specific response.

Kindly share the procedure to unblock my card.

Otherwise I will have to go to consumer portal & register complaint.
