[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Credit card collection calls on Sunday's. Post repeated complaints raised with customer care

All the code of conduct, ethics, values, policies. All are jokes from this bank. And bank being called as customer centric is a sinful lie.

I am an existing credit card customer. Customers get harassed from the collection team.
The surprise here is that I get calls from the collection team even on sundays-here is the number[protected] there is more. I have repeatedly raised a complaint with the customer care (complaint no's 87681 & 48625)
I only asked them to not call me until the due date and not to remind me calling 10times everyday.

I would never in my life again be a part of INDUSIND bank and would not even recommend as well.

First thing is to clear the credit card due and close the relationship with this bank is what I've understood.

And I would kindly request the bank to not call itself as being customer centric and would look funny if the bank is aiming towards acquiring customers.

This is in regards to non payment of my Card No : xxxx5370. As you can see the email followups, i have been writing to the bank about my problems and also have been speaking to various people in your bank, have come down to your Head Office in Kalina and have spoken to person name Adil, Over the phone with Vishal who had asked us to make a payment of 500 Rs and who told after this payment case will be with him. There after i am still getting lots of calls and people coming to my place. One of them is Shyam Rajwal who has come to my place in my absence and has been threatening my wife, creating nuisance in the vicinity, trying to shout and gather neighbours, my wife has asked him to come when i am present. also she has spoken to his Manager Tushar over the phone who is also rude and threatening her to make payment anyhow. Dear team, i have lost 3 jobs last year but still was able to make payments on time, my wife is having spinal and mental issues for which her treatment was going on last year right now i have stopped because i cannot afford the treatment and she is unable to work as of now. My sister was working but she is married last year. I was the whole and sole earner of the family. As of now i haven't been paid from my previous job amount of 80k + and i am trying to chase them, my rent is pending for last 3 months, i have been managing my payments last year after job losses but this one was big for me. I am trying to find a good job but to my avail not able to get any. Checking of my current situation even if i get one i will not be able to repay the entire amount immediately. I therefore request the bank to come to a middle ground. Fix one amount, equate it to a monthly EMI of around 2K coz my salary wont be above 25k and i have to manage other expenses and give me a final closure letter on that amount. I am ready to go down this path starting from 2 months down the line. I have spoken to multiple people over the phone but they are not ready to give the solution. In case as my wife stays alone at home and she is being threatened also she has gone through trauma in the past, if anything happens the person for collection will be responsible as they have been informed to come when i am at home. Its a request to understand my situation and take into consideration and come to a middle ground to a solution, its been 2 months i have been chasing it. This type of behavior i will have to file a complaint in banking ombudsman for such type of people coming to my house.
I have spoken to Adil and Tushar today over the phone today and have asked them to come to a solution. They both are very rude and have been asking payment. I have told Adil i will be able to pay from next month that too amount of 2 - 3000 k per month. I have asked them to come to considerable amount and help me out with a loan or a permanent clousre of account with a fixed monthly payment. They are sending this guy named Shyam to my place stating he has the authority to sit at my place everyday until 7 for the payment and even in my absence if my wife is alone they will still send him to my place. Its since Feb i have spoken to Adil and their actions are the same about recovery agent harrasing and shouting. Threatening to take payment anyhow going to society office and defaming. Hence, i spoke to them again for the last time and they were still the same. I ahd written about this the last time and spoken to Adil about it when i was in branch. I have filed an official complaint to Banking ombudsman of RBI as its more than a month as there is no action being taken. Attaching the copy of the same.

Hello team,

I thought I closed by cc bill with indusind bank as there was no notifications from the bank for almost 1 and a half year. Suddenly in last couple of weeks I have started receiving calls from ur agents stating that my dues are pending and they keep calling me every 2 or 3 hours... Untill I don't answer the call. If I don't answer the call they call my wife... Not sure how did they get her number as it's not listed any where... Can u please check and let me know... All I need is I should not receive any calls... And reading thru the reviews I have seen agents been rude and keep visiting customers house when he is not available.
