[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit Card complaint | |||||
I have paid the due amount of my credit card before the due date, but by mistake that amount was credited to another credit card which is now cancelled. While the payment was made there was no prompt that it was a cancelled card and the payment was accepted by the bank. The bank has accepted the fact and confirmed that the they will reverse it. However they have charged about Rs, 1000/- extra combining various heads of penalty, for a paltry bill amount of Rs, 2090.00. In spite of all my requests the penalty has not been withdrawn, and the card is still blocked. I don't find any reason why they will require four days to adjust the payment for the fund lying with them, while all electronic transactions are effected instantly in every other case.
