[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card-customer support | |||
I was approached by indusind bank credit card team for applying a credit card and they showed me features of a card having extra reward points and movie tickets offer. But when i received the card was with no such features and i have raised a complaint for the same on 27 th over mail. I got a reply that the problem will be resolved in 3 working days... No one contacted still and i complained over phone in the given customer care no and still no one responded. Now they have send me a credit card bill for 1k which is card fee... I will not be paying this since i don't want this card. It was a really bad experience with them need this to be resolved quickley. Was this information helpful? | |||
