[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card - harassment | |||
Dear sir, i have used indusind bank credit card and i could not able to make the payment due to financial crisis and continuous death of my father and sister husband. So i have contacted bank through mail for settlement to close the card. But they have not responded my request and instead of settlement they have put the interest on every month even after my request. But suddenly i got the call from collection agent ([protected]) on last week and he requested to make the payment of rs.83000 against my actual usage of rs. 60000. I have tell him i cant able to pay that much of amount and i will close the issue legally. After some hours he called and asked to make the 60000. I told him clearly i cant able believe you and i will make the settlement through bank. After that he has not called. But today i got the call from another number ([protected]) and he asked about my native place and told him myself presently living at chennai not native. But he told he will go to visit my house and took the photos and will disclose the matter. I have asked the his manager number & mail id for further but he has not ready to give the same. Then how i can close the matter. So please take the immediate action against this incidents. Was this information helpful? | |||
