[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card payment related | |
My credit card limit is 100000. I made a purchase of Rs. 25000 on Oct 2019 with EMI option. I paid 2 EMI till Dec n on the same month my card is been blocked by the bank. I called customer care n bank continuously for activating my card or for a solution but both the department didn't turn up even after 2 months. I stopped my payment after Dec 2019. By Feb customer service started calling me back asking for making the payment but I informed them unless and otherwise my card get activated, I won't pay the money. Then on March Covid issue came and lost my job. Till this moment iam jobless. Meanwhile several persons called me for making the payment and saying that they will move legally and my account willl goto NPA etc etc. I told them my situation and when I arranged some money, I contacted all of them back thru whatsapp but they never turned back till this moment. Right now 25k after paying 2 EMI has become around 50k. I'm not in a position to pay the money. I need a settlement...I'm ready to pay back what I have borrowed without interest as it's not my mistake but it's the bank... Hope I will get a solution atleast in this stage. Please support. Got a call from operational department again...but they are too rash to handle...they don't know how to behave to a customer... This is rediculous
