While making a payment from my credit card the amount was deducted twice. I wanted to know whether it was refunded back or not but after calling customer care I realised it is completely useless. Tell me a way to know it. Further I am calling customer care for past 1/2 hrs they are not connecting me with the personnel and making me listen a pathetic music.
