[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Debit card charges | |||||
Sir My name is Rakshith, Actually i lost my debit card so i blocked it in my indus app and thought to apply for new debit card from the app itself, so while applying its give me an option to select debit card type so i selected premium plus debit card and in the app they didnt mention anything about the charges i thought its free so i applied for it, Once my salary credited in the account they had debited 2875 rupees for that card but still i havent received the debit card and at the same time i called customer care to cancel that card and to refund my money but they said its not possible.Its really pathetic service from them Was this information helpful? | |||||
