Indusind Bank — Debit card is being f sent to wrong address time n Gain

My debit card had expired and the bank sent it to the my previous work plce.
I changed my address associated with the bank account and asked the bank to send the debit card to new address
However it is being sent to old address again n again
The million calls i make to enquire, i just get to hear that please wait we will look into the matter and the card is being dispatched to your new address.
Last they told me that bank will ask india post to redirect it to ur new address.
Instead of coming to Mohali., my debit card was redirected to Zirakpur and the tracking shows that it is already delivered .
Clearly I have not received it so it is delivered to the wrong address
