[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Deducted money twice while shopping

Hello team,

My name is Tushardeep Singh, Account no.[protected], Branch Sector 67 Mohali, Punjab.
I did some shopping on 12th December 2016 of Rs 6000 using my IndusInd ATM card, but due to some technical issue, the amount deducted from my bank account was twice the actual amount, i.e. Rs 12, 000. I immediately called the customer care department and one of your executives named Shreya, registered my complaint and provided me with a reference no.[protected]. She accepted that the fault was from the backend and told me that 6000Rs will be credited to my account in next 3 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks now, and still, I'm being harassed by your executives for not been able to get back my money.

The same thing happened again on 24th December 2016 when I purchased something of Rs 700. The amount was deducted from my bank account but the swipe machine showed an error. Again I called one of your executives and he accepted that again the fault was from the backend and my money will be reverted back in next 3 working days. The reference Number for that issue was[protected]

I've been facing this torture from last 15 days. And when I try to call at your customer care number, most of the time it says that "due to RBI high call guidelines, all lines are busy, please stay on the line or call again later". The worst part is that when I have to waste my precious time to call you guys to get back my money that you've deducted unnecessarily.

This is not the way banking is done. I'm having my bank account in 5-6 other Banks too, but sadly, have to say, I've never experienced such a poor customer service. The same incident occurred with my HDFC ATM card too while shopping, but the amount was reverted back in next 24 hours. But you guys are harassing me like never before. It's been last dates of the month and since New Year is approaching fast, I don't have sufficient money in my bank account. Looks like my new year will be spoiled because of you guys.

Please, I request you guys to pay back my 6700 Rs immediately. I'm already been too much harassed.
