I, m sandip dey from vill baluhati, po baluhati, dist howrah, state west bengal, .I opened a bank account raghunath pur branch t n mukherjee road hooghly wb . Opening amount deposited dated 08/5/2014 amount rs .5200/ - . Account opening sms sending mobile no [protected] .Sending date 25/05/2014 a/c no is 1000***25570 sms wise .But no any document send in my house (Document is cheque book, atm card, well come letter .) dated 10/06/2014 .Your branch relationship officer mr sanjay ray do not any quoperation to me .I opened this a/c for a loan parpose. Because your personal loan offer against previous loan amount completely paid time to time (Loan no wch01110h, latter no. 323021, latter date 21/03/14) . Mr .Sanjay ray promiss that quoparate to me . I offended your branch s poor service . I want this a/c is closed and withdrawn this amount . If you didn, t no any action within three days .This complain to cunsumer foram. For your pour service.
