Account as of freeze mode without any notification of your side without any proof and i'm complaining by customer care but not resolved this problem since last 9 days so please i saying your organisation's i have your customer last 6 years good relationships with you but face problems now i'm calling the manager nilay mehta and requesting my questions i asking you what's fraud mining by you watching my account so please give me a proper proof but every officers fail so please i have requested by you following rbi rules and regulations your side because i'm your customer regularly.
