Indusind Bank — extreme harassment by recovery agents for a genuine delay

Dear sir / madam,
I am not able to pay this months credit cards due owning to a serious family crisis of my wife being diagnosed with cancer and extreme unplanned expenses due to this. While i explained this to all the callers a gentleman by name narayanan naren (As per true caller) was extremely wild and verbally harrassed me though i explained my problem to him. All this is for missing in just this month! Where as the rbi has clearly directed agents to be soft to people. I would like the bank to take appropriate action against such agents and also declare that the bank will be solely responsible for any actions and consequences that may arise due to such continuous harrassment.
Ps. I have an housing loan with hdfc and they were so accommodating when i mentioned this issue. Only indus ind agents are very abusive and aggressive
