Sir, im jitender kumar my sb account has been in your bank for the last one year but so far i have not got passbook and debit card.ac no. Is[protected], when i inquired about inconvenience from your branch patel nagar pin code-110008, the staff said that we cannot provide you our service with ur old account you will have to open another account.
