[Resolved] Indusind Bank — forgery signature used by bank staff | |||
Hi, My name is Deepika Burman. Had complained on this forum with regards to the Forgery signature as done by the Indusind Bank staff on 04th May, 2017. The complaint has not yet been resolved by the bank. Despite of my complaint, They have blocked and seized my same savings bank account. And are regularly deducting the maintainence charges from my account on regular basis. They are not even providing me any details or status for which the bank is deducting the amount and neither allowing me to use or close the same account. My ATM card has been blocked by the bank and the bank authorities are not disclosing any details. I am now too much frustrated with the banks so called Bullism that want to take this matter now to the RBI, Finance Minister, Court and all the above Authorities. As i have shifted to Mumbai due to marraige, So it has now become very difficult for me to visit the Asansol branch (West Bengal). So requesting the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum to guide me how to tackle with this bank issue and to take this matter to the Higher authorities for proper justice. I want to see that the bank suffers now due to the unprofessional and bullism done to me till date. Was this information helpful? | |||

My consern is employee Abhishek Puri is copying my signature and open my account and issue premium Debit card. So kindly resolve my issue and my 1734/- payment deducted in my account so pls refund my payment and close the account and make a Action on your employee Abhishek Puri.
