[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Fraudsters/Pathetic services and staff | |||||
I have a so called "Exclusive Account" with the new friends colony branch, New Delhi of Indusind. Where supposedly you are meant to get very good service as were promised at the time of account opening. But in reality the branch manager Ritu Sokhi and the RMs only call you till they are interested in making commissions from your investmnets. They will pester you and make you invest in the wrong options just for making higher commissions. I was committed the wrong lock-in tenure as well as returns on investmnet products. After that they even refuse to answer calls or respond to emails as I have experienced leave alone provide any kind of service. Difficult to imagine that if such is the treatment to a so called "Exclusive Account" holder in this bank how they treat their normal account holders. So basically it is a scamster bank from which I would advise customers to stay away. Was this information helpful? | |||||
