[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Hidden charges and interest charges of credit card payment due

I have a relationship with IndusInd credit card since long time and paid all the dues in due date, last month with unexpected problems I have been paid the the total due amount with some late. The IndusInd people charged almost Rs 4, 494.76/-, so please go though this issue and waive of my charges
