[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Illegal charges claimed on my account. | |||
Resp sir, I mr. Balu mahadu agale is a account holder of indusind bank ghatkopar, mumbai branch. This is my salary account but left job i not used said account from 2012.in last month i received bank statement till 31 mar 2017 (Copy attached). This statement found zero balance, so i visit nearest branch to close this unused account. Bank check & asked this is inactive acct & found its negative balance is -10087/- rs. So, i complaint against branch through customer care about this negative amount (Complaint no. Is[protected]. Bank officer mr. Raju polu asked this is bank policy. So, plz help me about why i responsible to pay above negative amount.in during this time no such message or statement about my account is in negative balace till date.
