[Resolved] Indusind Bank — IndusForex transaction | |||
I have initiated an order of 600USD from India to TBC bank tbilisi on 9th august and it still (on 19th Aug) haven't reached the beneficiary. The helpline of IndusForex kept saying that the beneficiary bank is holding the amount and there's no reply from them. Beneficiary visited the bank more than 4 times to inquire about this, but the beneficiary bank officials say that there is absolutely no remittance as well as no communication frmo IndusForex or any bank regarding the remittance. Even showed the swift copy and they inquired about it in all departments and all branches, but there's nothing found. The IndusForex helpline stopped responding my calls and I cannot further request a helpline call from my number. I even tried with my friend's and family's numbers but it seems like they blacklisted all of them. I visited a local branch of IndusInd bank and they're saying that they can't help in this as its a different matter. So now I don't have any idea where IndusForex have sent my funds and why are they not responding. I'm attaching my swift copy of this order as a proof. Was this information helpful? | |||
