Hi team, my name is dinesh dahiya. I was misdirect by one of your credit card supplier team. I got a call from no [protected] (Ms megha) on jan 20th 2020 she told me that i am eligioble for the credit card and she required some documents i inform them that i recently join a new company so how can i be eligible she transfer the call to her supervisor mr sagar who told me that, "you are eligible". He told me to send the document on whats app so i send the require document on his whats app no [protected]. He told mr that the processor will take 1 week to approve your credit card and i said ok after 1 week on 27 th jan 2020 i called him askd him about my credit card status he said that the card is approved and on 28 i will get the card. I asked him for the application no and a approved mail. He said he will give but i never received my application no. then on 1st feb i again call to megha [protected] for the status of my card, she said the card is approved and it is dispatched and i will get the card by 2nd feb but i did recieved the card so on second i again called on both the no megha [protected] and sagar [protected] but nobody responded on that then i massage to megha regarding the status of my credit caqrd she provide me her manages no [protected]so i called on that no [protected] he also told me the same thing that the card is approved and dispartched so like from the last three weeks i was mis directed by this team. Now the water is over my head i want my credit if approved or not approved otherwise i need to take it for the further actiuon thanks and regards dinesh dahiya Was this information helpful? | |||
